William Degenhart, MD

About

Dr. Degenhart, one of the founding partners of Georgia Eye Institute, has been providing eye care in our community since 1982. Dr. Degenhart attended the University of South Carolina and received his undergraduate as well as his Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Degenhart completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Degenhart is a board-certified ophthalmologist that specializes in cataract and anterior segment surgery, refractive surgery and surgical diseases of the eye. Dr. Degenhart works with patients on the selection of the most appropriate lens implants for their lifestyle to include ReStorz and Toric lenses.
